Payment
We accept payment through Paypal for all items that are available to buy through the website
PayPal payment system supports Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
Any item that is not available to buy through the website can be bought over the phone. We accept Mastercard and Visa Credit cards with a handling fee of 2%. There is no handling fee for Debit cards.
Tax
The total price of any order will only include VAT. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer. Product prices are shown without VAT.
Customers are responsible for paying all related Customs Fees, Federal and Local Taxes if required.
Delivery
The same Delivery charges and methods apply to purchases over the phone as purchases via our website.
Delivery Time
Items will be shipped out the following business day after you have checked out.

Our rates include the expenses of shipping, handling and good quality packaging.

Returns
Should your order have any missing component(s), BJK Shop Equipment will aim to deliver those component(s) to you as soon as possible, free of charge.
Wrong Delivery Address
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling fee if the ordered item is returned because the wrong delivery address has been provided by buyer.
Damaged Goods
Delivery will be deemed as successful once the product has arrived at the address specified, so long as the product has been signed for by an adult aged 18 years or more.
If you have received a package that is damaged and have chosen to accept the delivery, it is important that you sign the delivery note as “Damaged”. You should contact us to notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt and we may require photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange to collect and replace your item within an agreed time or offer an alternative solution.
Exchanges
Exchanges due to an order placed incorrectly by the customer cannot be accepted unless the customer pays for all carriage and all items are returned in perfect order with all original packaging and paperwork included. Such exchanges cannot be accepted without contacting us first.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure any package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
Any product returned and found not to be incorrect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be restocked but returned at the customer’s expense.
